A short detour off highway 101, will take you to historic Port Townsend. Highway 101 leads on to the cities of Sequim and Port Angeles.
As the Black Ball Ferry enters the Inner Harbour of Victoria, you will see the grandeur of the Fairmont Empress Hotel, the majestic Parliament Buildings for the Province of British Columbia and the contrasting modern architecture of the Royal British Columbia Museum. Fourteen miles north of Victoria are the world famous Butchart Gardens.
